Booking confirmation represents entering a contract, therefore we would like to ask you to read the following carefully.

Collateral deposit for booking and penalty

Down payment of 30% for the collateral, out of the total amount, shall be settled within 10 days following the confirmation of booking.
The most convenient way of settling the collateral payment is bank transfer.

Booking cancellation

Days prior to the stay commencement	Cancellation penalties
more than 15	50% of collateral
15 and less	100% of collateral

(Voucher) will be issued after the settlement of the booking price.
